I used BetterProposals for 3 years. It's a great tool for "pretty" documents. But as a developer/technical agency, I hit a wall.
A PDF is where data goes to die. I wanted my proposals to be part of my pipeline. I wanted to trigger a Slack notification when a specific section was read, or auto-generate an invoice in Stripe once signed.
